Who we are

"i-Labs", "we" and "us" mean the software house and SEO and GEO marketing company that runs illuminatelabs.space (the "Website"). We are based in Malaysia and serve clients in several countries. "You" means anyone who visits the Website or contacts us. We act as the party responsible for the personal data described below.

What we collect

Details you give us

• Your name, email address, company or website address, and the project details you write in our contact form.
• Anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or another messaging app, including your phone number if you contact us that way.
• If you become a client, the business information and access we need to do the work, such as analytics or Search Console access and website credentials. We use these only for your project.

Details collected automatically

When you browse the Website, our hosting and security tools may record your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, the pages you view, the time and date of your visit, and how long you stay. We call this usage data.

How the contact form works

Our contact form opens your own email app with a message already written. We only receive what you choose to send. Nothing is stored by the form itself before you press send in your email app.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote or proposal.
• To deliver software, SEO, GEO and marketing services you have asked for, and to manage the contract, billing and support that go with them.
• To keep the Website secure, fix faults and understand which pages are useful.
• To send updates about your project and, if you have not opted out, occasional news or offers about similar services.

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. Enquiries that don't lead to work are normally deleted after a reasonable period. Client and accounting records are kept for the period required by tax and company law. Usage data is kept for a shorter time unless it's needed for security.
